Somi’s kitchen is more than just a Vietnamese restaurant — it’s the heartfelt vision of two passionate founders: Thu Son, a former CEO of one of Vietnam’s leading staffing service companies, and Minh, a Senior Field Service Engineer in the medical equipment industry with over two decades of dedication to precision, care, and excellence.
While our professional careers took us across industries and continents, our hearts have always remained tied to the comforting flavors of authentic Vietnamese food — especially dishes like Cơm Tấm (broken rice), Bánh Mì (Vietnamese baguette sandwiches), Phở (beef noodle soup), and flavorful vegan Vietnamese cuisine.
